If tracking is provided, it may take some time to update after the order has been dispatched. Please allow a little time for the courier system to reflect the latest status.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may sometimes happen due to courier issues, weather conditions, customs clearance, incorrect address details, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and contact details are entered correctly at checkout. Fixcy is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the parcel, we will contact the customer to arrange next steps. Additional shipping charges may apply in some cases.
