At Fixcy, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please read our return and refund policy below.
Returns
We accept return requests only in the following cases:
- The product is damaged, defective, or broken on arrival
- You received the wrong item
- The item is missing parts or accessories
- The order was not delivered within the estimated delivery time and the issue is confirmed by our team
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Return Request Time
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items damaged by the customer
- Products that have been used
- Change of mind after delivery
- Clearance or sale items, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return request, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.
Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our mistake, such as a wrong or damaged item, we will cover the return or replacement process according to the situation.
If the return is due to a customer-related issue, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Check your bank or payment account again
- Contact your payment provider
- Contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
